This is a new family favorite in the Vera household. It is a versatile recipe, tasty and delicious with any variety of fresh herbs!Recipe from WHB member Ellen Vera.
- 1.5 C olive oil
- .5 C preferred vinegar (apple cider, red wine, white, balsamic, etc.)
- 2 T mustard
- 2 T sugar/honey
- 1-3 bunchs of any freshherbs (oregano, sage, thyme, cilantro, parsley, basil, etc.)
- garlic/leeks/chives to taste
Blend up in a blender for 2-3 minutes until preferred smoothness!
